The UGC Package suits ecommerce brands running paid social who need a consistent flow of creator-led content to test. Creative Strategy is for brands who want a structured, ongoing approach to their ad creative with a strategist guiding the process. If you're unsure, reach out and we'll help you figure out the right fit.

  • It depends on the service. The Content Creation Package is available as a one-off booking or on a repeat basis. The UGC and Creative Strategy packages are structured as monthly services, with a minimum one-month commitment.

  • Absolutely! Our packages are designed to complement each other and work well when layered together. Content Creation feeds your organic presence, UGC fuels your paid creative testing, and Creative Strategy ties it all together with a structured approach to performance.

  • This varies by service. For the Content Creation Package, you just need a confirmed shoot or event date. For UGC, you'll need product ready to ship to creators. For Creative Strategy, we'll need access to your Meta Ads Manager and any existing brand content or raw footage you have available.

  • Our packages start from $199 for Content Creation, $1,499 for UGC, and $1,999 for Creative Strategy. Pricing scales depending on the level of content you need and the scope of work involved. Once you fill out our enquiry form and we understand what you're after, we'll send through a quote with a couple of options to suit your budget.

  • This package is currently only available in Perth, Western Australia. All shoots take place on location within the Perth metro / Fremantle area. If you're based outside of Perth, get in touch and we can discuss whether anything is possible.

  • It works well across a wide range of shoot types - campaign days, studio shoots, brand activations, product launches, fitness classes, community events, and anything else where there's energy and real moments worth capturing. If something is happening and you want it on your socials, this package is a good fit.

  • Each booking covers between one and six hours of on-location capture. We work around your existing schedule so the shoot fits naturally into your day without disrupting anything already planned.

  • Raw footage is delivered within 24 hours of filming. Fully edited, ready-to-post reels are delivered within seven business days. If you need content sooner, 48-hour rush delivery is available at an additional cost.

  • The number of edited reels depends on your budget and the length of your shoot. If you'd prefer not to pre-select a number, we also offer the option to deliver as many strong, usable reels as the footage allows — so you're not leaving good content on the table.

  • All final edited reels and raw footage come with perpetual usage rights for both organic and paid media. Once delivered, the content is yours to use however and for as long as you need — including running it as paid ads.

  • The Content Creation Package involves us coming to your location to capture content on the day. UGC is creator-led — we source and manage independent content creators who film in their own environment using a brief we've written. They're two different styles of content suited to different goals.

  • Yes! If you already have creators you've worked with and want to continue using them, we're happy to work with them where suitable.

  • Once creators are selected and approved, we provide you with their shipping details and you send the product directly to them. We handle everything else on the creator side — communication, briefing, and payment — so your only involvement is getting the product out the door.

  • This is flexible and discussed with you before we get started. The number of creators and video variations per creator is tailored to your brand's creative testing needs. We'll recommend what makes sense based on your goals and budget.

  • Rather than receiving one finished video per creator, each creator provides us with their raw content which we then edit into multiple versions - leveraging different hooks, angles, trends, and formats. This provides you with more variety rather than putting advertising spend behind a single piece of content - and you get more content for less!

  • Yes — we manage everything from sourcing and outreach through to briefing, negotiation, and payment. You won't need to manage any creator relationships directly. The only part we need from you is to ship product directly to our creators.

  • The package runs on a four-week production cycle. By the end of week four, edited content is delivered to you for approval and ready to go. Because we work with independent creators, occasional delays can happen on their end. If a creator needs more time, their content will simply roll into the following month — this won't affect the number of creators selected for your next cycle. In the rare case that a creator pulls out entirely, we'll find a suitable replacement so your package isn't impacted.

  • A media buyer manages how your budget is spent. A video editor produces content. A Creative Strategist sits between the two — using performance data and audience insights to direct what content gets made and why. We're not placing the ads or editing for the sake of output. We're building the strategic framework that makes your creative more intentional and your ad spend more effective.

  • Yes. If you have older footage or newly filmed content, we can edit it for you in line with your creative strategy and testing roadmap.

  • A variation is a small, intentional change made to a piece of content — such as a different hook, a new text overlay, or an adjusted video length. The purpose is to isolate one element at a time so you can see exactly what's influencing performance. Over time, these variations build a clear picture of what resonates with your audience and what doesn't.

  • No — Creative Strategy is focused on the strategic direction and editing of your existing content. If you need new content filmed, we suggest adding on our Content Creation package. If you need fresh faces and creator-led content for your ad account, then we recommend our UGC package.

  • Creative Strategy works best when there's a steady flow of content coming through to test and iterate with. Without it, creative can burn out quickly and limits how much we can do strategically. If you don't have an in-house team or creator who can film regularly based on our direction, we'd recommend pairing Creative Strategy with our Content Creation or UGC package — that way the strategy always has fresh content to work with and you're getting the most out of the service.

  • Creative Strategy works best for ecommerce brands who are actively running Meta ads and want a more structured, performance-focused approach to their creative. It's ideal for brands looking to scale their ad performance, diversify their creative angles, and make more informed decisions about what content to produce and why.

    As a standalone service, we'd suggest this package suits you best if you have an in-house team or content creator who can film regular content based on our strategic direction and suggestions. Without a steady flow of new content coming through, creative can burn out quickly — which limits how much testing and iteration we can do. If that's a concern, we'd recommend pairing Creative Strategy with our Content Creation or UGC package to keep fresh content coming in alongside the strategy.

  • The dashboard is an AI-integrated strategy document built specifically for your brand. It covers your target audience, key messaging, and the creative angles we'll be working from. It's a living resource that updates over time as we gather more data and insights from your account.
